You provide the details, we do the creative work, and present you with the mood, the pieces, and the tools you need to make your house a home. Kitchen + Bath E-Design

Transforming your kitchen and bathrooms can be some of the most impactful investment you can make in your home, and it doesn’t always have to mean a gut renovation. Our Kitchen + Bath Remote Design is perfect for updating an outdated space while leaving the infrastructure in kind.

  • A kitchen or bath that requires a refresh while leaving the infrastructure in kind (walls, electric, plumbing.)

    Alternately, If your renovation requires infrastructure change, you can add on a floorplan redesign package as well.

    You will also need to be able to measure and take photographs of your space as well as use Pinterest.

E-Design FAQ

What are first steps?
As soon as your purchase a package we will send you an introduction email with instructions on first steps. Before we are able to begin we will need you to fill out our style questionnaire and start putting together your Pinterest Board. We will also send you instructions on how to gather measurements and photograph your space. Once we have all of that we are able to start your project.

What should my budget be?
For larger rooms like living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms and outdoor living and dining spaces, furniture and decor budgets should start at $20,000. For offices, foyers, and smaller guest bedrooms budgets can start at $10,000. Kitchen materials, appliances, and fixtures budgets should start at $25,000. Bath materials and fixture budgets should start at $15,000.

Can I request a revision?
We allow one revision per room to our Remote Design Packages. As an example, you could request an additional coffee table be sourced if we were designing your living room, or you could request a different backsplash tile if we were designing your kitchen.

How long does remote design take?
Typically it takes about two weeks per room to generate all deliverables. If the edit is requested, it will take an additional week max. Add an additional week for a Kitchen + Bath Remote design for 3D renderings.

Do I have to buy everything on the sourcing list?
Absolutely not, although we design your room to work cohesively, feel free to get inspired once you have the package in hand.

I was sent my package, what now?
In the case of furniture - get ordering! In the case of Kitchen + Bath, you can also begin ordering if you are managing the project yourself. Alternately, feel free to pass the schedules on to your contractor for seamless execution!
