We offer full service project management for full house renovation or ground up residential builds. We take on one or two of these very special projects a year, if you own a home within 40 minutes of Rhinebeck and are interested in applying please reach out below. The hourly rate for project management starts at $350/hour.

  • Our ideal client has an understanding of our minimum budgets, and realistic expectations for the cost of full house renovation or full house furniture sourcing. Because of the frequency of site visits we will only work on projects within 40 minutes of Rhinebeck. We prefer projects without a strict deadline, current lead times and labor shortages can cause delays.
