Hazel brings a unique eye and skillset to buying and selling real estate in the Hudson Valley. Before moving upstate full-time, she worked in the fields of photography and fine art in New York City for almost 15 years. She assisted two major contemporary artists, worked at a Chelsea art gallery, and freelanced as a photographer. For nearly a decade, she operated a boutique photo studio which she co-founded in lower Manhattan. There she facilitated a variety of photo & film productions working closely with photographers, fashion designers, top brands, magazines, and artists of all types. At some point, she and her husband were drawn to a life upstate. 

Through exploring the Catskills and Hudson Valley over the years, she has become extremely knowledgeable with the region. In 2016, they started investing in real estate in Woodstock and Saugerties, which they now call home. They designed and managed several successful rental properties in upstate NY, Brooklyn, and Manhattan which all exhibited thoughtful interior design. She has a passion for 20th century design furnishings which they buy, sell, and collect. From her experience, she has cultivated an eye for staging interiors and directing photography. Possessing keen market insight and a unique visual skillset, Hazel is especially adept at satisfying the desires of buyers and sellers today.

Favorite thing about the Hudson Valley? The water and the green! I’m always looking for a good swim and a nice hike.

You can find me… running around with my German Shepard and picking through estate sales and flea markets.
