Hailey (Hazel) Kiesewetter

Originally from Texas, she graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and soon moved to New York City in 2009. After working at a Chelsea art gallery and assisting major contemporary artists, such as Jeff Koons, she continued work as a freelance photographer. Eventually she co-founded a 1500 sq. ft. photo studio in lower Manhattan which served the downtown scene for nearly a decade. As the primary owner/operator, she facilitated a variety of productions with photographers, fashion designers, top brands, magazines, celebrities and artists of all types.

At some point, longing for a calmer lifestyle and nature, she and her husband were drawn upstate. Through exploring the Catskills and Hudson Valley over the years, she has become extremely knowledgeable with many areas in the region. In 2017, they started investing in real estate in Woodstock and Saugerties, which they now call home. They designed and managed several successful rental properties in Upstate NY, Brooklyn, and Manhattan which all exhibited thoughtful interior design. She has a passion for 20th century design furnishings which they buy, sell and collect. Through renovating and maintaining an older home, she has become familiar with local vendors and contractors. Her experience enables her to provide interior staging and photography direction that’s fresh and meticulous. She possesses keen market insight while constantly surveying the market and is well-suited at meeting the desires of buyers and sellers today.

Favorite thing about the Hudson Valley? The water and the green! I’m always looking for a good swim and a nice hike.

You can find me…running around with my German Shepard, Lotta, and picking through estate sales and flea markets.
