Kristin grew up in Montclair NJ, with a family of creative entrepreneurs. Her passion for Realestate started young, as she always admired space and decor. Being a designer in NYC for decades, she had multiple commercial properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Including an 8,000 sq. ft. four floor loft and retail space on Reade St. in Tribeca and a penthouse in the landmark, historic building at Rockefeller center. Kristin had the opportunity to fully renovate and maximize the value of each space, fine tuning her instincts and skills with Real Estate Investment. Recently, Kristin moved to Rhinebeck NY, and started investing in properties with rental income. She now owns a retail store on Market St. in Rhinebeck.

Favorite thing about the Hudson Valley?: The Hudson Valley has been a home away from home for 20 years, while living in NYC and weekending in Rhinebeck. After moving here full time, I have a new love for the country lifestyle. This is the perfect place to raise a family, enjoy top restaurants and nature, while still being a train ride away from NYC.

You can find me… having fun with my 7 year old daughter. I am a designer, and own a fine jewelry boutique, which keeps me busy. I also love cooking, trying new restaurants, visiting the city and traveling to exotic places.
