Kristin Hanson

Kristin grew up in a large family, in Montclair NJ and has always had a love for Real Estate. Being a designer in NYC for 17 years, she has had multiple commercial lofts in Brooklyn and Tribeca. Her last space in Manhattan was an 8,000 sq. ft. four floor loft and retail space on Reade St. in Tribeca. Kristin had the opportunity to fully renovate and maximize the value of the space, fine tuning her instincts and skills with Real Estate Investment. Recently, Kristin moved to Rhinebeck NY and started investing in properties with rental income.

Kristin has also specialized in the most rare natural color diamonds in the world for almost 10 years:

Favorite thing about the Hudson Valley?: The Hudson Valley has been a home away from home for 20 years, while living in NYC and weekending in Rhinebeck. After moving here full time, I have a new love for the country lifestyle. This is the perfect place to raise a family, enjoy top restaurants and nature, while still being a train ride away from NYC.

You can find me… having fun with my 4 year old daughter. I am a painter and jewelry designer, which keeps me busy. I also love cooking, trying new restaurants, visiting the city and traveling to exotic places.
