Lindsay Allen
Lindsay first fell in love with the Hudson Valley as an NYU student at a summer theater program at Bard College. Years later she rediscovered the area with her husband. Like many, they bought their “second home” first and soon moved up full-time. When UD opened its doors, Lindsay was the first hire and is consistently a top producer. She recognized immediately the strategic edge in UD’s unique business model and was thrilled to be able to add value with her interior design and styling skills. She specializes in working closely with clients to identify current property needs and envision what is possible. With her extensive knowledge of the market, calm demeanor and relentless drive, she brings invaluable insights to each transaction, enabling clients to achieve their specific goals.
Lindsay grew up in Chicago’s North Shore, has lived in New Orleans and Mexico, and is the daughter of a realtor. When not putting deals together, she loves spending time in nature with her children, practicing hot yoga, reading and hunting down one-of-a-kind vintage treasures at local antique markets. She often works with her husband, Solomon Anidjar, also an agent at Upstate Down.
Favorite thing about the Hudson Valley?: I love all the unique small towns, each with a different vibe, and the natural beauty of the region.
You can find me… reading, hiking, biking, exploring new towns, practicing yoga, entertaining friends, gardening, and working on our house.
Most likely to… have read (and annotated) the book club book.
