Originally from Brazil, Solomon moved to New York City as a child. An explorer and host at heart, Solomon excels at connecting people and sharing his love of the Hudson Valley with others. Well-versed in working with both buyers and sellers, he has a strong track record of success in Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia and Greene counties. His sense of humor and his ability to keep in mind the bigger picture make him an excellent advisor and negotiator. With hands-on experience managing short-term rentals (his own and others), he’s an invaluable resource to property investors, helping them build strong portfolios from day one. In his previous professional life, he worked in nightlife in NYC, Los Angeles, and New Orleans. He now lives in Dutchess County with his family. He’s a Yankees fan, a CrossFit enthusiast, and a father of two. He frequently partners with his wife, Lindsay Allen, also an agent at UD, forming a dynamic, top-producing duo. 

Favorite thing about the Hudson Valley?:I love being around nature and checking out all the small towns and villages. Hiking, biking going to swimming holes, restaurants, and vintage/ antique furniture shopping .

You can find me… Watching sports, documentary films, home improvement, Shark week, playing with my Son. Going to Home Depot buying new toys for the house, and making Fires in the fire pit.

Most likely to… give someone the “hard sell” on why they should move to the Hudson Valley and be my neighbor.
