Looking for something a little floral, a little sour, and caffeinated? Try the MESO GREEN.
Inspired by the gorgeous glassware of Meso Goods - handblown by artisans in Mexico. The Meso Green brings together matcha, St. Germain, and lemon for something earthy and floral at the same time. For the matcha, you can mix powdered ceremonial grade matcha with 146 degree water in a 1:2 ratio with either a matcha whisk or a milk frother.
INGREDIENTS
1½ oz Vodka
1 oz St Germain
Half a Lemon, juiced
½ oz Matcha
PROCESS
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until your hands are too cold to shake any more. Pour over a large ice cube in our Meso Olive Glass. Serve with a lemon garnish.
Do your tastebuds skew a little moodier? The MESO SMOKE brings the spice, smoke, and a little bitterness.
This time we’re going darker with the Meso Smoke Glass. For those of you that skew a little savory with your cocktails.
INGREDIENTS
1½ oz Mezcal
1 oz Aperol
1/2 oz Cointreu
Half a Lime, juiced
1 tbsp Tajin
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
Mix Tajin, salt, and sugar in a small dish. Rub the edge of the glass with cut lime, and then tap into Tajin mixture for a rim. Add the rest of the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until your hands are too cold to shake any more. Pour over a large ice cube in our Meso Smoke Glass.
We’ve long loved the Greek influence behind the Kairos Glass so we’re closing our eyes and pretending we’re in Mykonos for the KAIROS SOUR.
This one is fresh and herbaceous with oregano and lemon, all held down by your favorite bourbon. To make oregano simple syrup combine a handful of oregano with 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water and cook over low heat for 45. minutes until it’s syrupy. Cool before using.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz oregano simple syrup
1/2 oz egg white
Sprig of Oregano for garnish
Chill your Kairos Glass for at least an hour. Pour ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until your hands are too cold to shake any more. Pour into the Kairos glass and garnish with the oregano sprig.
